Pages print as black text on white paper, with no extra work.
When the page prints, Iris CSS:
- Switches to the light scheme, black text on a white background, and drops every shadow.
- Hides
nav, aside, dialogs, popovers, toasts, the menu button and the skip link. - Prints the address after each external link, so a paper copy keeps it.
- Keeps code blocks, quotes, tables, figures, images, cards and boxes on one page where they fit.
- Keeps a heading on the same page as the text after it, and repeats table headers on each page.
- Avoids single lines of a paragraph at the top or bottom of a page.
